Crystal Council is a systematic leader who takes a proactive approach to helping clients attract and retain clients, mobilize strategic planning initiatives, resolve processing or operational discrepancies, and resolve compliance issues.

For 30 years, Crystal worked as an administrative professional in the hospitality and pharmaceutical industries, supporting executives and their teams in coordinating and managing calendars, travel arrangements, special project timelines and budgets. More recently, for the past 5 years, she has been operating Crystal Council Notarial Services where she provides general mobile and remote online notary services to individuals in her community. She also collaborates with title/escrow officers, lenders, real estate attorneys and signing services by overseeing the real estate closing process guiding borrowers, buyers, and sellers through their loan signing and/or closing documents.

Crystal was able to leverage her administrative skills and knowledge of coordinating and management of processes, systems and timelines to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she helps Real Estate professionals identify areas for process improvement, maintain industry compliance standards, develop sustainable solutions for process improvement, and increase operational efficiency in the transaction process.
